NOTICE TO THE CITY OF LESLIE RESIDENTS

 An Ordinance to amend and add certain provisions to Chapter 10 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Leslie, Ingham County, Michigan, to permit the keeping of chickens in residentially zoned areas while protecting the health, safety, and general welfare of the residents and visitors of the City of Leslie.:

AN ORDINANCE TO ADD SECTION 10 3 (“ KEEPING OF CHICKENS IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS”) TO ARTICLE I (“IN GENERAL”) OF CHAPTER 10 (“ANIMALS”) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF LESLIE, INGHAM COUNTY, MICHIGAN; AND TO PROVIDE FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed amendment at:
